      Pros

      Initially quite welcoming Bonus was nice Hybrid working Empowerment Trust (to a degree)

      Cons

      Oh dear.... Communication is shocking. Absolutely atrocious Favouritism Whatever senior staff say, goes. Any other opinion does not matter All about squeezing every last penny from everything. Prices go up every year but wages don't go up by the same rate - printing money for the private equity company that owns us A lot of staff leaving but now aren't getting replaced.

      Pros

      I retired from Elmhurst in 2024 after 8 years with the company. I know I’m biased as ex-HR Manager, but I genuinely believe they are a fantastic company to work for. Elmhurst are an inclusive company who genuinely care about their people. They try hard to promote from within and as a company that also delivers training, they embrace the learning culture.

      Cons

      It is not generally a high paying industry, but Elmhurst pay fairly, with an annual review and an annual bonus when the company reaches targets, also some good benefits.
