Togetherness from Senior Management to the shopfloor, a culture and environment of openness, encouraging every employee to play their part in achieving customer satisfaction.

Cons

The dynamic and strategy from group to source substantial future work and infrastructure for the Redcar site UK is hindered with the unknown dilemma of electric cars and fuel cell technology in it's infancy, and deadlines set to abolish petrol and diesel cars is currently not achievable.
