The owner is a terrible person. He's sarcastic and an ego maniac. The account coordinator team was very clichy and negative as well (often taking about owner behind his back). They let me go after 3 months citing my work was not up to par. Though, they had never given me negative feedback prior to letting me go. They also micromanaged timesheets down to the minute.
