      Pros

      A great growth consultancy with big ideas and a great working manner. Has a professional but not overly serious manner to consulting that clients seem to like. Good mix of clients and many Salesforce cross-cloud projects. Not required to be based on client site, focus is to maintain an office environment which is great and rare in the consulting world.

      Cons

      Not much in the way of benefits or performance review process - understandably still a small, growing division in the UK and focus is on delivery and opportunities for development will hopefully come.

      Really friendly team and excellent working culture. Everyone supports each other and manages to have fun Some very well known companies as clients Everyone celebrates success and promotes this internally Excellent on-boarding program Good internal tools, easy to carry out day to day job Given the autonomy to get on with my work but offered support should I need it Nice offices in London and Haarlem

      When I worked at Emark, there seemed to be a bit of a disconnect/distrust with the UK office; the UK team did not always feel included/listened to.
