As I sit here and try to think, there are no pros due to the cons being so horrendous

Cons

Management and global teams are a serious joke. Sitting in meetings weekly with them makes you so discouraged in the direction the company is going. HR has 1 person tending to over 15 stores so good luck trying to get her attention. (Not sure who she tends to tbh cause everyone has the same complaint not being able to reach HR). Toxic work environment and causes due stress.

Good pay and free samples every other week

Cons

Management is inconsistent and does not care for their employees. They withhold information until they see fit, people are being persecuted, or their managers tell them they aren't doing well. If management isn't making you feel awful, your coworkers will. It's no better than highschool. Your mental health and well-being is not worth free samples.
