      Nothing good to work with this company

      Cons

      Worst management , No proper policy, No one to address problem of employees, they are even unable to generate proper payslip. They deduct tax and PF but do not pay to income tax department or provide us our PF account number. They do not give Form 16. They do not give proper update, even do not respond to mails

      Pros

      One of the best company to work, friendly environment, Management will takecare in all the aspects of their employees. Boss is very nice gentleman, actually very potential leader, leads towards success. Good official culture. Employees will be respected. Salary will be credited with any delay. Work and life will be balanced. In simple, the best work place to work.

      Cons

      Nothing to specific to say the flaws, because i personally dont find any flaws.
