      Balanced work load, You get good work life balance On time salary Good learning opportunity invest in employee training. Good work culture [ Not MNC type but not bad either]

      Limited growth opportunity Appraisal is not good Non english speaking culture internally so no improvment for communication Takes exams regularly to test you and your appraisal depends on the relust

      They have the decent training program

      Cons

      No work life balance People play so much politics in here - no mental peace Bad upper management One thing they won’t tell you before joining that they’re going to make you sign a legal bond where it was written that you shouldn’t join a competitor company, won’t write anything about the board directors and other stupid things were mentioned. So won’t get in that trap or confirm in advance before joining There are many more bad things. Think 1000 times before joining.
