Pros

Cheap car washes, convenient oil changes. Some employees are nice and professional. Profit sharing though nobody knows how it works.

Cons

No work from home, high stress, management can be bullies, unprofessional leadership, chairman of the board is extremely greedy and pays his son a lot of money when he has limited role, covid saw many people go as they forced the vaccinations, technology is antiquated. Staying here will damage your career as they do not adopt the latest technology. They truly do not care abt employees. Benefits get reduce, PTO is laughable and they do not honor seniority bonuses. The chairman of the board hires friends to be executives at high pay despite no experience.

Pros

Good facilities Some very good people left Solid customer base

Cons

This company is going backwards. Taking paid time off away from employees. No work from home. Even in instances where it benefits the company. No true HR department. Poor employee retention. Most recent corporate decisions are pushing the best people towards the door.

Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, weekends off, staggered shift schedule, amazing people

Cons

no room for promotion or growth, CEO will absolutely not use a remote or hybrid work model, CEO creates hostile work environment almost similar to a feudal system with peasants and nobility with the senior leaders/long time career employees VS. the overworked and underpaid employees with no clear direction, employees are forced to “wear" too many hats and are not compensated for the volume of work, mandatory “fun” work activities scheduled after work and unpaid, if employees do not show they are “punished” or ostracized from the inner circle at this place. Only one HR employee who handles 160+ employees. Plumbing would go out frequently and employees were not allowed to use any facilities during those times. I could go on and on.
