Do not work here

Pros

Outside of leadership, the people who work there are incredible.

Cons

This company is now known as Emplicit. I would not recommend even my worst enemy to work here. The CEO is checked out, COO is rude and archaic, the rest of leadership is a sham. They give everyone at the company fancy titles to dupe their clients into thinking they’re working with the A team. Their VPs are entry level newbies who have no business working at that level. They make you track everything you do during the day and will fire you if you don’t hit exactly 40 hours/week. Change management is nonexistent, but leadership rolls out impossible asks weekly. They will fire people for no reason, bonuses aren’t paid out, but the COO will always talk about their “record months”. There is no culture and the COO says that their culture is revenue. This business is a joke. Everyone is severely underpaid and overworked. The business isn’t doing well and everyone there is on a sinking ship. GET OUT AND STAY AWAY!!!!

Look elsewhere for good employment

Pros

Flexible hours, decent team presence. Okay raises, but still underpaid for the positions

Cons

Poorly trained management, favoritism, CEO is absent and completely checked out. They can't seem to hire a good COO. Culture is "money" and meetings are nothing but numbers. 3 rounds of layoffs in 1.5 years, but they keep saying "this won't happen again". They lie to their employees stating they got good feedback from those that were let go. Job titles mean nothing, they are just a facade to impress clients. Many people have complained and nothing changes, they are stressed and overworked, but because of how they calculate hours management "doesn't see this"
