      Great opportunity for emplifi but time for change

      Pros

      GREAT hard working, committed, passionate and lovely people.....for the most part. New CEO is working tirelessly to address what's needed to drive sustainable growth. He's great

      Cons

      Sales culture is damaged - driven by an under qualified CRO who is killing morale by thinking that dictating is better than nurturing. He's ensured some real talent has left the business.

      Pros

      - Colleagues are lovely and everyone tries to help each other - Very easy SaaS product to learn compared to some competitors so onboarding to being a CSM and supporting customers doesn’t take long - Not a lot of micromanagement. CSMs left to their own devices which is good for some - great work life balance, low stress job. No working late or weekends

      Cons

      - constant talk of having no money to spend. Lots of redundancies. Cancelled office parties. Created a negative environment. - bad benefits package that keeps reducing even further eg removed mental health support and mediation app - little to no hierarchy in roles which means little to no promotion progression. Eg everyone is just a CSM, no senior CSM or lead CSM. - restructured the CSM comp structure this year and it’s negatively effected the majority - engineering team is suffering lack of headcount. Many acquisitions and not a unified product.

      Acquisitions done at the cost of existing products Upper management don't follow the values and rules they preach to everyone else Lose key staff due to unwillingness to match or even move on contract negotiations
