There are some fantastic people at Employ who all work incredibly hard and want to make our customers successful.

Cons

Employ is the worst of all things, a relatively small company which wants to grow quickly and acts like a large organization but without the structure, process or funding to make it happen. Over the past two years many of Employ’s best people have left or been laid off and senior management have always labelled this us ‘levelling up’ in terms of people which firstly is untrue but also part of the problem - a real respect for people. To save money more and more jobs are now being offshored to India to cut costs and we are asking customers to pay more for the same tools and services which haven’t improved.

This is actually a great opportunity for those people who are still getting some proper posts for their skills. It will go to support them in achieving a job that will help them to endure and receive something.
