Bad in decision making by the manager. All managers is not competent to be a good manager. They are boss and not a leader. Favoritism in some department and the IT team is totally showing very unprofessional attitude. All department are having difficulties in dealing with IT and they are the narcissistic people in the company. Never admit their mistake. Worst IT I've ever worked.

- transparency, town hall - good values - bonus & increment is okay - career progression here is good - benefits are okay - colleagues & bosses are nice, friendly people - good company culture last time, but now no more

- too many paperwork for performance review - mandarin oriented company - finger-pointing - you are expected to do beyond your jobscope / paying salary - big ambition, small budget
