Pros
Employees are encouraged and given the space to grow, own the projects they work on, and step up. Hours can be sometimes long (start-up life), but never without purpose and clarity. Everyone focused on constantly improving the product - how can we all work to make it better, what can each and every one of us do. CEO Joanna is a strong yet supportive leader - she's been my direct manager and felt like she 100% cared about my growth, my workload, and the role I play. HR also focused on employee wellbeing - surveys during the year, working groups on company culture, solid benefits, great leave policy, etc.
Cons
I feel like it can get a little hectic sometimes, but that seems to be true of any start-up. When company has had problems, management team has learnt fast and moved on them.
