Remote setup with a great culture - Account Executive 100Hires Employee Review

I've been with 100Hires for over 3 years and have no plans to leave. The work environment is genuinely great, collaborative team, open communication, and a CEO who is approachable and involved without micromanaging. What I appreciate most is the trust and autonomy. You're expected to deliver results, but how you get there is up to you. No one is hovering over your shoulder. If you're committed and get the job done, you have the freedom to find what works best for you. My sales skills have improved significantly since joining. The company invests in continuous training and development, there's always something new to learn, and the resources are there to support your growth.

Honestly hard to think of any. You get to work on a variety of things, but that's also what keeps it interesting.

1. Fully remote 2. Flexible working hours 3. Asynchronous (No micro-management). 4. Total freedom of work - take ownership, deliver results. That's it 5. Lot of growth & learning opportunities 6. CEO is very helpful in every aspect
