I invite you to discuss your concerns in person so I can better understand where you are coming from. We want all employees to feel empowered to bring concerns to me or any of the managers, and to partner with us to develop solutions.
10x is committed to building a great culture and a place where people are excited to come to work. We strive to be an “employer of choice” and work hard toward that goal. Our most recent employee survey results support this with 91% of employees reporting that they are proud to work at 10x and 80% of employees report that they would recommend 10x as a great place to work. 98% reported that the products and services 10x provides are relevant and needed in the market today.
We feel that success is earned and cannot be taken for granted. We also know that there are always many things for us to work on, especially given our fast pace of growth. With that in mind, we have been putting in place many different elements to support our employees and culture, including initiatives around career growth opportunities, training and inclusion.
