-Strong CRO who should have had title from beginning (recently got this role after previous who was disaster) -very good cloud (BaaS, DRaaS) offering from one of the acquisitions
Cons
*C-level and senior leadership (particularly on sales and channel) are extremely weak and are a mishmash of people with no experience or network connections to scale business from anonymity to relevance *owned by PE so outsource support to India which causes extreme headache in channel/sales experience to scale business *horrible benefits and below industry pay *no direction or transparency on how actual business metrics are doing *M&A company through 3 main acquisitions where only 1 legacy company had strong offering *company outlook is bleak with oversaturated market and PE looking for return on investment soon
