      11:11 has a vision which is clearly articulated to all and every person is valued for the contribution they make each and every day. There are so many good things to say about the organisation; tremendous culture, dedication to our customers and phenomenal solutions which genuinely help organisations.

      I personally do not have any cons to call out, I thoroughly enjoy working for the organisation and have done so since day 1.

      No annual raises Career growth can hit a wall and you must stay or choose a different path instead of growing. Benefits are okay
