      Pros

      Great engineering culture, ready to innovate technologically and experiment with alternatives. Open information flow from management so far during my time with the company. Really friendly group of people to work with - there don't seem to be big egos on the team and everyone is willing to pitch in and get the job done.

      Cons

      In a bit of an awkward space with a speculative path to profitability in new ventures, but also the pull of maintaining the existing business.
