Now that the setup is complete, we now have seasoned HR professionals for ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed, explain benefits and to maintain employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. The sole purpose of the late night calls was for knowledge sharing between US and India teams so that the team in India can work Independently on feature development.
