Pros
Gained experience with no-code tools, UI/UX design, and API. Working at a start-up looks great on the resume. Overall my boss was good. This job was great for me as a recent grad to tide me over financially while I looked for a permanent position. It also boosted my resume by showing I worked for a start-up and some of the stuff I learned and did. However, it was not somewhere I would like to work long term. The pay is simply not enough to live off of, and while this start-up could potentially catch on, you are also risking the business not getting anywhere, so there is not much prospective of career advancement. I would recommend this company as a side job for a bit of extra money and experience, or if your financial situation is steady like you are living at your parents house.
Cons
The company has a very small budget, so I had to work part time for very little pay. All training is self-directed. If you are only interested in learning new skills, you might be better off learning on your own.
