Pros
For the most part, we all know our jobs and simply coordinate our efforts daily on our stand-up call in the morning. Aside from that, I have a great deal of autonomy as far as how I get my work done. Of course it has to be the highest quality and expectations are high, but I don't see that as a con.
Cons
No raises. 10 days total PTO and sick time. Traveling to the office 4 weeks per year and 1 day in December for a holiday party.
