Pros
Started at the lowest level 3 years ago with very minimal experience, now I am in a tier 2 position making good money and loving my job. 1901 is great for anyone getting into IT, they provide a fair salary for your position, along with some great benefits, and an endless amount of opportunity to learn/study for certifications. The company will even pay for you to take the tests! As long as you are willing to work hard and keep your head up you will succeed within 1901. Laziness is not rewarded with promotions/raises. Free lunches, snacks, stocked soda machine. Amazing benefits. Great pay. Endless opportunity to study for certs. Management is reasonable and easy to work with as long as you're respectful. PM's and SLM's are solid and helpful. It is easy to communicate between teams if you need something. The HR department takes complaints seriously and acts on them. The company is constantly growing and opening up new positions to apply for. The company ALWAYS tries to promote internally before looking for outside hires.
Cons
There have been some issues with hygiene with certain individuals, these have been addressed and dealt with very quickly. Sometimes you have to wait for a extended period of time to hear back from an interview. Growing out of the current building so there will potentially be some space issues in the future.
