Pros
There is a lot of learning potential, with incentives and rewards for those willing to learn, and put int he extra work to get certifications. As another reviewer has stated the company has a very refreshing work to life ratio that they stress to all their employees. There is also a very broad spectrum of work, that provides the opportunity to expand your knowledge and keep things from being too monotonous. Most of the people that work for the company are great to work with, with very little of the underlying office drama you see in many places. Seems that most upper middle to upper management listens to their employees, and are wiling to change things for the better within reason.
Cons
The pay is a little low for the amount of work, and technical knowledge that are required; but not absurdly as low as others have stated. Middle management seems to be uneasy in their positions when it comes to both the management side of things, as well as the IT side of things. The workload is very heavy(sometimes overwhelming) and very diverse, this requires a broad range of knowledge as well as the willingness to work on multiple issues at once.
