Cons
Your time is not respected. Worked for supervisor who denied working from home while stating they will work from home whenever they would cough or had a headache. Micro Managing if emergency arises, hours must be made up that day or forced to use PTO. Work is primarily done with tools scripted by someone else, so troubleshooting is mostly dome by clicking a specific button. Will not learn any technical skills.
