Pros
Fast-moving start-up. You can learn a lot by involving in multiple products and it's nice to see your design be implemented. I work remotely because of the pandemic. The people are nice.
Cons
Lack of data to support or evaluate your work, which I think is an essential reference for me as a new designer.
