      None-- a pure waste of time.

      Cons

      When you work for an autocratic dictator that does not understand the word inclusion or diversity it's a waste of time for minorities. The mgt team is an exclusive club by itself of old white foggies.

      Great work environment. Extremely talented team. Flexible PTO. Management truly care about each employee and welcome new ideas.
