I’m pleased to see you reference our great set of perks, we have always found it important to reward our colleagues and ensure everyone feels valued, whether that is through the benefits we provide or the variety of social events we offer. We are ambitious! However ensuring workloads are manageable is vital to us, so we always encourage colleagues to reach out to their line manager if they are feeling the workload is getting a bit too much and this will help us to put a plan in place to support them.
