Pros
The culture here is honestly really good. My bosses actually listen and when I bring up an idea or a problem I feel like my opinion is valued. The company talks about being people-first and it feels like they mean it. They don't always get it right the first time but they're open to feedback and will adapt which is pretty rare. They also do a good job of recognizing your successes so you feel like your work is seen.
Cons
The biggest downside can be pay. In some areas we just aren't competitive and it's starting to cause problems. We lose really good people to other companies. It's a real morale killer for the team and it's tough to watch great colleagues leave simply because the company couldn't make it worth their while to stay. This puts more pressure on everyone else.
