Nothing to be proud in export cs team. Still need to work on MC or leave. Miserable management. No profesionallism. No work ethic. Senior not helpful. No leadership. HR is very bad and not transparent.
Cons
Overall sucks. No communication skills. Not recommended for fresh graduate or people who looking for work life balance. No allowances. No bonus. Salary good but not worth it for mental health.
