Pros

This place is great if you truly want to progress. I’ve seen some of the negative comments, and it’s sad many seem to come from people who are just angry with themselves for being let go. People often struggle to understand that 21D is different from other workplaces. You have to be someone who’s open to feedback and willing to actually do the job. I can’t say a single bad thing about 21D. If it weren’t for this place, I would never have found meaning in my life not just in work, but in my personal growth too. To those writing long negative reviews: if you were truly that unhappy, why did you stay for over a year or more? Or were you simply let go because your performance didn’t meet expectations? Either way, take that experience, reflect on it, and do better in your next role.

Cons

I can not say a single bad thing about 21D

Pros

Great colleagues, everyone I worked with day-to-day were some of the most incredible, friendly and knowledgeable people I've met

Cons

Management style and methods. I've never hated a job more, the level of stress put on you is immense and no amount of money is worth the vulgar language from management. Being lured in to train how to place dental implants, but then the proprietary method and process from assessment to placement is largely kept secret. You'll only ever be taking CBCTs and reviewing patients which gives little to no satisfaction, and maybe a lucky few can see a surgery.

Pros

Some patients Some colleagues Some clinics

Cons

I wasted so many years with this business. I worked 6 days a week, answered my phone out of hours and allowed Directors to contact me when I was on holiday. At first, i felt motivated by the pressure and quick pace environment. However, towards my last year with the business I realised that it was all wrong. Quite simply, I could not trust the Directors, staff were promoted because they were friends with Directors, the anxiety was so extreme and I could not take anymore of the horrible language and outbursts of the Directors. Good people would leave. People would be sacked. I was afraid to speak my mind. I regret staying for the lenght of time that I did.
