Pros
Wonderful team of individuals to work with as long as they're not part of the inner circle. Crunch is not enforced, but workload can be heavy.
Cons
Management is plagued with false promises and deceit. Wild-west production practices and all designs are a daily to weekly ad-hoc practice. Work will be lost, wasted and butchered. No standards or best practices to follow leads to constant fire fighting. Imaginary and sudden deadlines, which suddenly aren't that important.
