      Pros

      Super enthusiastic leader, extremely intelligent with excellent company vision. Learned a lot while there and everyone was pushing the limits of the field.

      Cons

      Had trouble getting funding due to poor appeal of the domain space. This lead to a high-turnover rate and stressed environment.

      Sadly a lack of funding and sometimes the CEO would forget and repeat things over again
