Pros
The company has a great team of staff, some who joined in the last year like myself. Some, seasoned veterans, who have been there 4 to 8 years. It was a great working environment, as I got along with 99% of staff (can't be friends with everyone). The managers and directors were supportive, particularly with my health (mental and physical) conditions. During my time there, it felt like I could come to management about many of the issues I had, even workload and I knew we would come to some sort of solution (within reason). You can tell the team (including the directors, Neil and Tim), have a passion for the business and what they do. I genuinely made real friends there, who I hope to stay in touch with - now that I have moved onto a new job. Generally speaking, it's a great company to work for. It's not by any means perfect, but the management is constantly trying to improve processes and workflows to benefit its employees. As well as, recognise hard work the employees are putting into the business.
Cons
It gets cold in the studio..
