Pros

As with most production companies many of the staff are freelance but most of them return quite often because it's close to where they live or because they know someone who works there and they get hired back. The people who return to work there are very cool. One guy who is a casting producer has his staff eat lunch together every Friday. Very good for morale. The compensation seems to be standard for the industry. Do your job well, have a good attitude and you will get asked back.

Cons

If you don't live in the south bay or westside the drive is hell. Don't expect to have a life. Typical work hours are 10AM to 7PM. Traffic is still bad no matter what. There are 2 kitchens located at the office but expect the minimum. Soda, water, coffee, tea.
