Pros
You get to meet new people (clients) daily. Most co-workers are a charm to work with. Lots of time in between assignments to rest.
Cons
There is a single level management structure. There is only one boss. This boss decides when you work, how hard you work (or not depending if your under his desk), and runs your entire day while sitting at his desk in the corner office of the top floor of the "shop". He's able to keep a constant eye on you even if your on the other side of the city trough micromanaging (and "scares" new hires into thinking the trucks are bugged with audio/video). If he doesn't know where you are, be prepared to get a lecture about communication. Ahhh, communication, which I might add isn't his strong suit either. Smoke screen after smoke screen after promise after promise. I must say the single most reason I quit was because of management. Spent a long time here with nothing tangible in return. Be prepared to deal with a lot of power tripping.
