Pros
In May of 2022, I started with 321 as the Social Media Intern. Having this be my first professional experience working in an agency setting, I was very anxious to begin. I was just a college student with prior retail experience and some coursework completion through my Advertising/Public Relations program. Before my first week had been over, I fell in love with the company culture and the work that I was doing. 321 was able to offer me hands-on experience working on a variety of accounts, allowing me to express my ideas and creativity to contribute to meaningful outputs. As a student, you go through college hearing horror stories about how your peers endured unfulfilling internships, but I could not put into words how 321 was the direct opposite of that. The company culture and team were built of inspiring leaders and hardworking individuals that trusted me and my capabilities as an intern. My thoughts and concerns were listened to, the work I created and contributed to held purpose, and I felt incredibly proud and comfortable coming into work every day. I simply could not have asked for a better first experience as a young professional looking to begin growing my career. The accounts that I got to work on were exciting, the office was beautiful, and I could not have asked for a better team to work alongside.
Cons
There are not many cons that come to mind when I think about my previous working experience at 321. It is a very fast-paced environment where you will find yourself tackling a variety of tasks during the workday. Some may find that discouraging, but I found it exciting and motivating.
