…which is severely lacking, making it an org run with fear. The CEO may think she’s a Clinton. They work on discount drug policy not defense secrets so not sure why the insistence for an on-site server when everyone in the world is using office365 collaboration features. They don’t have a growth plan for junior staff let alone mid-level staff and seem reluctant to even consider developing a growth plan or even just opportunities. Their government affairs team has been short on staff for well over two years and have yet to hire a full tem They do a major conference every few months but not sure why as it’s always the same content and people, nothing new to make it relevant. The rest of the executive leadership recognize that the bottle neck is often the CEO, impacting their ability to be nimble.
