Pros
Flexible hours, excellent vacation and healthcare, very good and caring colleagues, fun activities and a great circle of partners.
Cons
Management is horrible at preventing fiscal crisis. The same people have been in power for too many years and don't manage resources correctly. As soon as people get in a good place at work, they announce layoffs due to lack of funding then blame everything but their own mistakes.
