Pros

You help people in need of an interpreter.

Cons

Lowest pay. The contract says that you are a freelancer but they demand 6 hours a day. No benefits whatsoever. You can't work for another company in the same field. No days off, not even for the biggestholidays. They just tell that there will be less calls but still expect you to sign in. No paid vacation. They basically want almost a full time employees without having to pay for it aka minimal wage, health insurance etc.

Dear reviewer, We appreciate you taking the time to let us know your opinion. We take your reviews to heart as a growing company we grow with the support of our partners and you are the core! Allow us to clarify few points briefly. The Paid vacation concept is not an industrial norm as the position you are holding is a remote position outside the US so it is highly uncommon. As for the biggest holidays you are always welcome to request it as an off from your supervisor and it is usually granted. Lastly about the rates, we provide you with a training that is a SKILL training not knowledge transfer like most customer service positions and a very costly one in an industry that is very hard to breach remotely without experience. So you can imagine the amount of resources and time we invest to fulfil our community role of enabling you and all the linguists out there while absorbing the burden of the cost that comes with it. We appreciate your business and the efforts you exert on a daily basis.
