Pros
Everyone is positive, supportive and wants to help each other do a good job. We maintain a lot of creative independence and no idea goes unheard. You learn so much about customer experience - from marketing to user experience to customer journeys in different industries - that will last your whole career no matter what your position is in the company.
Cons
Mainly remote with few in-person meetings. I would like more meetings, and it might keep more projects moving faster. Sometimes we have too many ideas (but it's a good problem to have sometimes!)
