Pros
I really enjoyed working at this company as a developer. The development is very supportive and friendly. The company is smaller but the dynamic is strong and innovative. Allows flexibility for work where I was able to work remote or in office. Going to really miss the team, left for relocation to another state. Highly Recommended for any developer/engineer seeking to grow in there career.
Cons
The con I would say, is being that its a smaller company there isn't many formalities. As a developer, when I initially started the understanding of other department responsibilities was not well documented. Which is different now, so shouldn't be much of a hassle. Just a struggle for me initially
