where to start? - The CEO approves all projects and makes all the decisions. In a company where there are more than 200 people, that doesnt makes any sense - High management doesnt decides anything (i still wonder what are they doing there) - Communication between teams : non existent. Sometimes you have people from several teams doing the same work - Communication of company's results We know about new investors through news and i think it's a nonsense when the company doesnt care about sharing sales results with the employees - Strategy: launch all products that you can, even if the customer does not understand the product -Projects are planned without the opinion of those who know the tasks. Result: very unrealistic deadlines - HR only do recruitment - we are numbers and not people. it's sad
