One of the better call centres. But still a call centre.
Cons
Unlimited sick days... as long as you dont take too many. Very clichy. Minimal training. They throw you to the wolves. Asking someone for help gets you a 50 50 chance for either an answer or attitude and not wanting to help i was asked to be more flexible with my schedule... which i already was... so i agreed again asking only one thing... that my days off would be together. When i looked at the schedule, the one thing i asked for was ignored. My breaking point was being on the phone all day one day, and one of the new managers barked orders at us all day like we were some sweat shop in china. My experience here was a nightmare, and i couldnt be happier to be out of there.
