Pros

A paycheck....but a very lacking paycheck. The only pro I have about 360.

Cons

I can honestly say that I have never been happier to finally get out after some time here. The management makes you feel like you owe them something with no repayment with a salary increase or praise. It's give me, give me until you finally cannot give anymore. The salaries are lacking because they promise a quarterly variable. RUN!!!! The bonus structure is a hoax. Don't a believe a word they say about the Quarterly Variable. You never get paid even close to your "target". It's a ploy to get you to sign the offer and in the door. The lacking of HR and administrative workers is insane. They will hire and hire sales people, but understaff and over work the admin side of the business. They cannot keep an HR position filled to save their life. This is mainly because the owner is so crooked and asks these people to "work around rules and regulations". Be careful if they ever find an HR person that sticks around, he/she will be just as crooked as him. Most importantly take a look at how many executives this company has run through over the years. If they don't agree with Ed or his new fancy ideas, "they gone". This company has extremely high turn over. Most of the staff has been with the company less than 1 year. They have almost a complete company turn over every couple of years. Another complaint that ex employee have is they work so hard at 360 that it ruins their work/ life balance. It's hard to move on after working here because no company in their right mind makes you work so hard. You will be bored at every job after this. Ed is always pushing the HR newbies to push culture, but doesn't want to back it up. He wants to seem concerned about the employees, but without spending any of his money.

First of all, thank you for your feedback. All feedback, positive or negative, will help us grow as an organization. We want to address some of the items you mention: 1. Salaries are routinely compared to market salaries to ensure they are not out of line with other similar positions. We do offer a salary plus variable compensation structure and are pleased to state that approximately 90% of employees eligible do receive some portion of their variable compensation. Keep in mind that even if an employee only achieves about 60% of their quarterly individual goals, they are still eligible to receive a portion of their variable compensation. 2. Our annual turnover percentage is actually in-line or lower than the national average for turnover. Stating that, we are still working to decrease the number lower and appreciate feedback from all employees on ways to improve culture and our work environment. 3. We do work hard at 360training, as do must other companies these days; however, we like to play hard too. We have quarterly events, fundraisers, breakfasts provided once a week and other fun events from time to time. We hope you have been enjoying these events and if you have ideas for other things we can do, please let HR know. We believe all of our employees are hard-working, decent and want to enjoy their time with us. It takes everyone participating and providing feedback to ensure we have employees in the right positions, utilizing their strengths and that we are working towards one goal, one team.

Pros

Very transparent. I had everything I needed to get the job done. Some of the deadlines were tight, but it wasn't stressful.

Cons

Communicating through Zoom chat could be frustrating because you can miss the messages if you don't have notifications on.

Pros

Pay, benefits, and co-workers were pretty cool when they're not overworked into oblivion.

Cons

- Deceitful executive team with extremely weird relationships (heart emojis in chat with an exec and super weird personal details from them) - A very "off with your head" type of terminations. No warning. You will be let go for absolutely no reason after committing heavily to your job. - CEO is trying to save face for poor decision making and it's quite laughable. - They are like High School bullies saying when they bought this company, they decided they would only hire people that they like. My guess is when you aren't liked or not playing in to the weird relationships, you'll get insta-canned. - Everyone here is doing the jobs of 3 to 5 people because they terminate, terminate, terminate. Yikes. - WAY too many "I don't know" or "I have no idea what you are talking about" responses from upper management. For people that seemed very credible, it was a nightmare getting anything done. - It is not career oriented, it is job/task style. Meaning you won't be here for long after they want to recycle your position to someone else. - I will firmly state that if you are offered a position here and it seems too good to be true, IT IS. They will lie straight through their teeth and terminate you for nothing quicker than you think. Not the place to get hired and think about starting a family, so I'd look elsewhere.
