Business outlook

Pros

- The plethora of available customers is great as it provides much needed experience for dealing with different customer types. - The ability to be fully remote is great for work-life balance and most often people don't push you to work on weekends - The company funds travel for sales opportunities which is great if you like to visit new places - The pay works out well if you live in a lower cost of living area.

Cons

- The medical benefits are pretty poor in comparison to other employers, especially for some of the PPO plans - Documentation practices need some TLC regarding ownership and accountability - When cycles get busy, internal communication can start to lag and delays can impact productivity
