At 3E Power they promote a lifestyle in which employees can make important decisions, take on responsibilities and gain continued education and or training opportunities. 3E has a lot of opportunities to learn and gain experience in almost every aspect of the electrical trade. Excellent benefit and wage package along with continuous growth for lots of room for advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      The company understands that family comes first. There is plenty of opportunity to grow in the electrical industry and improve your electrical knowledge. Very friendly staff who works well together and makes everyone feel apart of a team. Great benefits and taken care of. High expectations and not meant for everyone, but well compensated.

      Need some organization and communication improvements within the company from top to bottom, inside and out.

      Pros

      Employees have a voice and it matters! I love the extra effort put in to make us feel appreciated, just an example is our birthdays are a paid day off, benefits, events and so much more. They allow for a good work-life balance. I work with great people all focused on doing a great job and we have fun too!
