We thank you for the positive feedback. Because of the trust shown by our team members, we have been able to bag GPTW certification 4th time in a row for the employee friendly policies and career development programs. We also acknowledge your feedback on need for more support on the personal front and improving travel policies. This helps us to understand the need of creating more awareness of the different policies/programs we have implemented to ensure work life balance. You would be glad to know that one of our apex engagement program is regular one-o-ones with managers where we encourage our managers to build a strong connect with their team members and treat it as an avenue to know about all the support required from team members. Its been more than a quarter that we also introduced work from anywhere policy as we could observe many of our team members had moved to their hometown and were wanting to continue with staying with their family. We cherish the fact that we could make it happen for them. For travel policies, we maintain complete transparency and uniformity in terms of guidelines around onsite travel and the same is listed in our policy document on overseas travel. Organisation ensures the expenses related to business travel are fully covered ; however due to covid and travel restrictions we are encouraging our team member to avoid travelling and have completely barred business travel for safety purpose since March'20.
