      Work-life balance is one of the best thing about this organization. Employee's career growth is also good. This organization has work from anywhere policy so that employee can work from any anywhere in India.

      Sometime's bench period is exhaustive but employee can take it as a positive and work on his upskilling

      -Remote work and unlimited paid time off

      Cons

      -Leadership is atrocious -Raises and bonuses are nonexistent -Restructure again, still a mess -Low salaries -Toxic environment. Leaders are bullies. -No 401k match -Healthcare benefits are terrible. -Job security -No growth/career path -No ethics/no culture -Lacks most corporate benefits you'd find elsewhere
