Pros
I had worked here for about 2 years and overall it was a good workplace. Obviously there are different teams and managers within the organization and situations depend a lot on the context but overall I had a good experience working there. - back then there was not much of remote allowed, but I was allowed to get remote days from time to time. Shortly after there had been a change and everyone was pretty much allowed to work remotely whenever they wanted. That was really great prior to covid hit. - good macbooks, plenty of space in the building, some leaisure rooms, pretty relaxed atmosphere - my team had good folks, it was really nice working with them. Unfortunately I didn't feel there were many pros in the field of work, just average rated engineers. Get the job done kind of engineers, but good folks. - as far as the salary goes, I got a 2nd offer slightly more substantial than what I wanted initially, but you won't see any rate increase afterwards (400-500 ron can't be considered a raise). That was in 2019, things might have changed since then.
Cons
None for me, except salary increases which were very insignifiant
