Business if you can call it that anymore started out promising however once they over promoted their executive staff and terminated all others who were competent due to her insecurities things began to decline quickly. Nepotism is the only stability in this company. Unorganized, over promising and under performing executive staff makes for an uncertain day to day operations. They have zero vision or direction other than to the personal gain of the owner and executive management.
